Now Offering Energy Assistance to Lincoln County.

Through the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP), We can help qualified households with a one-time cash benefit during the heating season (October 1 to May 15). The funding pays a portion of energy costs, and the payment is not intended to cover the entire annual energy costs of a residence. The amount of the energy assistance payment varies depending on a variety of factors, including the household’s size, income, and energy costs. The benefit is paid directly to the household’s energy supplier.

To apply for Energy Assistance, you can complete the fillable Form electronically,   APPLY HERE , book a phone appointment to set up a time to speak to a representative to guide you through our programs, services, and application process, or by printing it and mailing the completed form to North Central Community Action Program. If you have any questions, need assistance, or would like to schedule an appointment, call us at (715) 536-9581.
